Creative and sensitive to art from an early age, Maeva Drack has always been curious to try out many techniques, whether oil paint, acrylics, inks and so on. It took her a while to find her artistic style. It was in 2017 that she fell in love with resin. Still little used in France at the time, Maeva quickly realized that it's a complicated material to work with, but with a magnificent rendering. She has a tendency to intensify colors, and to give resin a lot of shine. Refining her working technique over the years, she can say that her signature is the combination of resin, semi-precious stones and pigments. She draws much of her inspiration from her travels, the landscape that surrounds us, the sea, the oceans, but also astronomy, which fascinates her. Today, she's happy to be able to convey the serenity and calm she finds in her work. Each of her works is unique.
