The Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic is one of the most iconic and rare cars in automotive history. Designed in the 1930s by Jean Bugatti, son of Ettore Bugatti, it represents the perfect combination of performance, luxury, and artistic design. Its riveted aluminum streamlined body, inspired by aeronautics, gives it a futuristic and sculptural appearance. Only four examples were produced, of which three survive today, making the Atlantic a true legend. Powered by an inline-eight engine, it reached impressive speeds for its time, around 200 km/h. The Atlantic was not only a technical marvel but also a rolling work of art, combining elegant curves, refined details, and innovative features. Today, it is considered one of the most valuable cars in the world, with some estimates exceeding $100 million. The Bugatti Atlantic remains an absolute icon of luxury and collectible automobiles.
Antoine DUFILHO’s interpretation of the Bugatti Atlantic is a dynamic sculpture with sleek, streamlined lines—resolutely contemporary.
