The Ferrari F40 is a legendary supercar, created to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the brand and considered one of the last “pure” Ferraris, without electronic assistance. Unveiled in 1987, it was the final car personally overseen by Enzo Ferrari. Powered by a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 478 horsepower, it reached a top speed of 324 km/h, making it the fastest production car in the world at the time. Extremely lightweight thanks to extensive use of Kevlar, carbon fiber, and aluminum, the F40 has no ABS, airbags, or driving aids, designed to deliver raw driving sensations. Its aggressive design, with a wide rear spoiler and sharp lines, has become iconic. Produced in approximately 1,300 units, the F40 embodies extreme performance and mechanical passion. It remains one of the most admired and sought-after Ferraris.
Antoine DUFILHO’s interpretation of the Ferrari F40 is a dynamic sculpture with sleek, streamlined lines—resolutely contemporary.
