To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of the first Chum, the street artist KAWS released a new series of five figures in the summer of 2022, in collaboration with Medicom Toy. The sculptures are made of vinyl and come in five versions: orange, white, black, yellow, and pink. The packaging for each color version is customized in that same color. Their dimensions are 19.6 cm x 8.9 cm x 29.5 cm. Chum is an iconic figure of the artist, very loosely inspired by the Michelin Man. The first versions of the figures, from 2002, have become iconic among KAWS' art toys, and their value continues to rise.
