Géraldine Morin’s artwork Black Beauty IV features a black-and-white photograph of a young woman with a mysterious allure. Beside the photograph, the artist paints a Mickey Mouse figure, introducing a playful and unexpected element. Mickey is depicted covering his eyes, as the young woman is scantily dressed.
The work plays with the codes of pop culture and urban art, blending humour, provocation and elegance.
