Romain CLASS was born in Touraine in 1971. He painted a lot as a child, from the age of 8 to 12. This was followed by a long creative pause of 40 years... With a lifelong passion for contemporary art, in 2021 he created the Class Art Biarritz gallery, dedicated to Pop Art and Street Art, with his wife Delphine.

His studio is located at his home in Biarritz, but you can often see him painting in the gallery in downtown Biarritz.

He doesn't produce much, so as to remain strongly marked by emotion, creativity and desire. He made a name for himself with his unstructured, brightly-colored portraits of women, a blend of figuration and abstraction. Influenced since childhood by the relief of works by Georges Mathieu, Jackson Pollock and Nicolas de Staël, Romain loves to play with the material created by acrylic paint.
