Sculptor Richard Orlinski pays tribute to François Pompon by reinterpreting his famous White Bear in a series titled Orlinski Museum Edition. These contemporary sculptures retain the clean silhouette of the original work while incorporating the geometric facets characteristic of Orlinski’s style. Available in pearly white, icy chrome, or gold finishes, they measure between 25 and 37 cm in length and are made of reconstituted stone. Each sculpture in this limited series is signed and delivered in an Orlinski case. This fusion of tradition and modernity reflects the artist’s desire to democratize art by making his sculptures accessible to a wider audience.
